Playgrown, adapting Green & Institute of Public Scholarship Creates a Wellness Park

Adapting Green re-purposes historic buildings and the natural spaces surrounding them
to create destinations in currently non-traditional or under-used commercial areas.
A dream team in community design, play, public spaces, physical fitness, architecture, art,
fabrication and community development will utilize new and reused materials to offer a Wellness park on the east-side.
Led by Michelle S. Johnson, the project will grow to collaborate with stakeholders such as
employable neighbors, urban farmers and other cultural producers to provide a café and studio lodging.
adapting green is currently seeking a site such as this for greens cafe and the hide-out retreat studios.
