Just did my first Parkour class. So thankful for Laura Sprague and my core work with her. I was NOT prepared for 5 minutes of the monkey crawl on the cement though! No tall walls, but lots of jumping up on pylons, up walls, over fences, across small chasms and hanging from a brick wall. I'm slightly scratched and colorfully bruised, but it was confidence building, intense and fun! No pics though... too busy doing. Kudos to lead teacher Shirley who has a wonderful philosophy of the link between life and Parkour play and her lovely inspiring assistant who insisted I get back down on all fours and complete the Monkey crawl!
